We make it easy
With automated scheduling of mediations, it has never been easier to lock down a date to get your case resolved. Simply click on the "Schedule Mediation" button to view all available mediation dates and to book one that works for all parties. Calendar invites with zoom information will then be sent out immediately to all of the parties. Need to cancel or reschedule? The invite also contains links to easily do so. We also make paying the fee simple. You can do so at the time of scheduling or we can send you an invoice to pay online.
Pay for Success
You can choose a payment arrangement that works for you: pay a reduced fee up front, or choose to pay upon settlement, and if you end up trying the case to a verdict, we waive the entire fee.
For a limited time, if the parties choose to utilize StreamSettle, their mediation fee will be refunded/waived in the event that the case ultimately resolves on StreamSettle. This applies to all payment options.
